Felt Bayonet stem question

Does this go any lower?

I’ve spent hours trying to make it go lower but it just doesn’t seem to work. This picture makes it look in the 0 to -5 degree range and facing down. It actually tilts up.

I’d like to get a bit lower, are there any options besides the three stems that came with the frame?

You can get other stems from Felt. I don’t know if they have any different angles, but I did get one a bit shorter than what came with the bike. Good luck.
