Hey all
With the recent return to structured training and associated (attempts) at weight loss I’ve also reviewed my eating habits and turns out I could be a lot smarter in my choices.
However after 4 weeks the same, albeit delicious, vegetarian stirfry has become somewhat boring when consuming it 6 days a week for lunch and dinner (I meal prep every Sunday so I dont have to do it during the week, means I make better choices…).
The one day a week is dedicated to a cheat meal (note: meal, not day).
So I’m curious, and havnt seen any Slowtwitch official “nutrition” resource, what are your go to healthy meals, and what is your not so healthy F**K it, I deserve this meal.
Preferably if you post, include link to recipe and photo - I’ll be using responses for inspiration.
Good: Vegetarian Tofu stir fry
Bad: Buffalo Wings (https://www.recipetineats.com/truly-crispy-oven-baked-buffalo-wings-my-wings-cookbook/)
