Favorite current computer games?

Some times I wonder if I am still 14 years old.

The new computer was just delivered from Dell but I am stuck at work. That’s ok, the game, Skyrim, it was bought to run doesn’t come out until the 11th.

It’s good that I’m not still 14 or else I could never have afforded this computer.

No high speed internet at home, the phone company called to tell me they had upgraded and could get me high speed within a week of me signing a new 2 year contract for my cellular modem, so online gaming is hit and miss at best.

So what current games out there are best? Shooters and RPG in particular.

Is topped trying to keep up with the necessary hardware upgrades a couple years ago. I had just gotten a decent new PC and I couldn’t run Crysis on any setting.

I love the Civilization games. Too much, they getting addicting for me. I am loving Rocksmith on my PS3. It is due out in December for PC. Fantastic if you ever wanted to learn guitar. Or just fun as heck if you already play.
