Looks like Faris is riding the new C-Dale this weekend in Germany. Tom Hodge over @ Recovox News has some more pictures from the pre-race press conference. Should be a very good race between him and Normann.

Where is his helmet?
Yeah, that looks pretty sweet. The folks in PA are doing good work!

Rumor has it, that he doesn’t like the helmets his sponsor provides to him…
Seriously though, with his hairstyle he has to be concerned about “helmet hair”.
This time he also did not find space for another piece of equipment in his tiny sponsored automobile that he drove up from Bavariaah on tee Auttobaahn…

I am really glad his handlebars aren’t pointing down so far as they were at Hawaii last fall. Bike looks cool, and Faris is the man. I bet he eats tuna straight from the can before hard run workouts too.
Somebody forgot to tell Faris how uncool it is to wear an M-dot hat (according to ST anyway).
**Tom Hodge over @ ****Recovox News **has some more pictures
Thanks for the link, but it REALLY bugs me that Tom pirates other sites to get his content. At least the guy can give kudos the sites where he steals his photos and stories. It’s all cut and paste.
no kiddin’, that Jalabert “report” was taken word-by-word from cyclingnews.com
.

**In all seriousness I did that last Tuesday. In addition to my cereal and yogurt my protein at breaky was tuna straight outta the can. Am I cool like Faris now???
well… maybe when I can run like him… speedwise not formwise.

No new bike for Stadler, wheres the Kuake?
I checked over at Faris’s site and he has the pics posted as well. Not sure where Tom got the content, perhaps IM Germany’s site? I thought I need to give credit where I swiped the photo from and FWIW I agree with you. Thanks.

That very easily could be a chinese frame. C-Dale is now outsourcing even some aluminum MTB’s, and we all know they outsource both the Synapse carbon AND the Taurine carbon MTB.
They’re supposedly making the all carbon Super Six in house for next year though. Maybe this one is USA as well…
Cannondale has made mention that this frame was being done in the same layup room/facility as the Super Six. So, I am guessing that is in PA.

You mean like 90% of all other carbon frames on the market? ![]()
If it is still made in house…cool. If not, not really that big of a deal.
I can’t wait to see the bike though, looks cool.
Dude, I own 4 Giant’s and my wife has 2. That’s 6 Giant’s in our house; I couldn’t care less.
He mentioned a while back in an interview on Competitors Radio that he did not like wearing a helmet…
Looks like arabic script in place of the “xentis” logos on his wheels.
No doubt…Faris is my favorite pro!!
Edit:
Ok, maybe my second or third favorite (The Sergio!!), but he is f*ckin’ awesome.
