anyone riding one…looks interesting and know there has been talk about them in response to Dimond etc…does seem to have some “jagged,” edges…but overall not bad?
Do a search over at Weight Weenies. Falco is a advertiser there and they seems to have a very good reputation.
- 1 on hearing feedback from bike owners of Falco. From my view point, Falco had the money to invest in tooling and design to make their beam bike production ready. Dimond still looks proto IMO.
Have seen white paper on Falco. However was looking for independent view point here on ST (based on owning the Falco).
I always preferred Der Kommissar over Rock Me Amadeus.
They claim thier bike saves 25 watts compared to a “superbike”. Ya right. No way getting rid of a wide profile seat tube and seat stays saves that much when you have wheels and a rider on there.
My guess is that test is frame only with no wheels or rider at zero yaw. Which is ideal for a beam bike, but not reality. IF you could save 25 watts with a bike, you’d see records being broken and pros jumping to get ahold of one.
Chris Kemp will be racing one this weekend at Auckland, as the defending champ

Is that hit is from After The Fire when he was the lead singer?
Look for Christian Kemp to debut the Falco V as defending champ at 70.3 Auckland this weekend. He’s only had a few easy rides on it this week as it was just built up by his local shop in Sydney. His fit specs were transferred over from his Speed Concept and compliments of his fitter Greg Choat from Las Vegas Sports Performance.
I thought I’d show you guys Kempy’s ride. He didn’t have much time to get familiar w/ the bike before the race, and still came away w/ the 2nd fastest bike split in a very strong pro field. As the global debut for the V, I hope it didn’t disappoint the crowd. Going forward Kempy definitely has room to improve after he gets more dialed in on the bike.

We will also have a supplemental white paper to address some of the comments so far as well as some of the improvements we have made since Interbike.

Second fasted bike split by my reckoning so not bad.
Despite this is still incredibly ugly, sorry!
