I was curious what people thought of the supplements called Extreme Endurance and EPO Boost? Has anyone tried these two, and if so what did you think? Thanks!
.
Extreme endurance is a simple buffer. Probably better off using sodium phosphate instead: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17569583
EPO boost is echinacea. Just buy some echinacea tablets.
Wally World!! YEEE HAAW
I’ve used Extreme Endurance in the past and have been pleased with it. I’m not smart enough though to know whether it actually works or if it’s a placebo effect.
Well if it’s EXTREME!!!111one!!111eleven1! then it must be good…
…right?

Same here. I used Extreme Endurance last year when training for TTT and RAAM. I felt great while I was taking it and had good increases in fitness. However, I can’t say whether it helped or if I was just on a solid training, diet, and recovery plan. It was likely just one small piece of the equation.
