I wanted to give props to Roka for excellent customer service.
I usually wear contacts with glasses as a backup and before bed/first thing in the morning. With my recent shoulder surgery, I’ve worn glasses for the last five weeks because I haven’t mastered installing contacts with one hand and I haven’t really left the house.
My glasses are Roka Barton frames with a hefty prescription. I noticed while cleaning them that there was a gap in the frame where the lens plugged into the frame. I’ve had the glasses for about 1 1/2 years.
I reached out to Roka with a description and photo of the gap. Two days later, they were making me new glasses and used my updated prescription (old script had expired). I received the brand new glasses today.
Now I know how fanboys of Elon Musk and Zuckerborg must feel. I am so upset— how can my favorite people turn on each other so viciously?
I think Trail & BLeP need a quiet loving moment, not this escalation of tempers into a PayPerView fight!
If they do fight, I’m betting on BLeP. He probably has a hockey stick.
BLeP is out of shape, and a hockey stick is pretty similar to a golf club (which put BLeP out of commission last weekend).
Trail can quickly dance away from BLeP’s lumbering movements and slow swings with the hockey stick. Even if BLeP uses gravity to make sharp chopping moves with the stick, I think Trail can just run around and pinch BLeP’s hiney. Boop boop!
I hope Just Jack takes responsibility for this mess, which was caused by his careless customer service appreciation post. What was he thinking anyway?
Need to find new glasses for my dad, so will contact them. Thanks for your recommendations It is great to read about some positive experiences rather than complaints only. I truly believe that companies who put customers satisfaction first, will achieve much better results than those which don’t. Here is a great article https://www.cmswire.com/customer-experience/what-consumer-data-matters-for-measuring-customer-success/ about that and how to measure customer success.
