Has anyone booked their travel for Kona with Endurance Sports Travel? Trying to get in touch with them with no luck. Just curious if this is business as normal for them or cause for concern as it approaches September. Thanks
I used them for IM Switzerland and have signed up to use them for IM AZ. Generally, I’ve found them to be pretty responsive, within a day or 3. Call them if you haven’t already.

PS, their bike mechanic SAVED my race at Swizerland when I discovered a crack in my seat tube collar.
I have used EST twice now and would 100% use them again. At times, I did get frustrated when I did not get a response back ASAP. Sometimes I would resend an e-mail but he usually got back to me within the week. Usually the next day or two.
After I met Ken and his crew, I realized why. He is not ignoring you or being a bad business. He is just busy, busy, busy. He is very hands on and is always on the go. In addition to running this travel business he is also training like a monster for his IM events. He qualifies for kona every year. He makes your race week a piece of cake.
