Anyone know how/where to follow the race?

Doesn’t even begin to tell the story. Lessing was SO far ahead it was really surprising. Brutal swim–they had to “reposition” at least 150 people who missed the right lane and got swept past the finish. Very cold weather (though I hear the water wasn’t too cold), stiff wind all morning (which is uncommon–usually comes in at 2PM), foggy and drizzly. Crappy weather for spectating and volunteering. But, I met Navi and Ariel yesterday! Time to head to the post-race party.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who had a tough swim. Even though I did get swept a bit past the beach (and stupidly swam back instead of running back from Crissy Field), I’m glad I didn’t get repositioned because I surely would have stayed in the boat and called it a day.
