Looking to get a new laptop for work and use for CT/Erg vid. Any suggestion to steer clear from and thumbs up for a particular make/model that has work for you. Price range looking around sub $800. Thanks in advance.

I used a cheap $300 Acer laptop for a long time. It worked perfectly. Basically, I think any Laptop out now will suffice. However, I would check CT’s website since the Racermate 1 hardware requirements may be quite a bit different from the Atari 2600 graphics they have had (if you plan on using Racermate 1).
Also, remember your Erg Vids will have to be repurchased if you used them on another computer.
