How do I calibrate the load generator for my Computrainer when using an Erg Video. Is it the same as in the 3d mode?
If you click the “pause” button in the ERG video screen while you’re riding, a window will pop up asking if you want to recalibrate. When you click “yes”, it will kick you into calibration mode.

I tend to do a 10-15 min warm-up just using the Computrainer CS program. I then calibrate, quit the program, and then run Ergvideo. The calibration setting carries over to Ergvideo as long as you don’t turn off your Computrainer.
You can also calibrate in Ergvideo. Make sure to calibrate using the buttons in the Ergvideo program (follow the onscreen instructions) and only use handlebar controller when instructed. Using the handlebar controller to start/stop (eg, the F1/F2 buttons) screws up the program and you will have to restart Ergvideo.
