ok, well I don’t know where yesterday’s went, but here goes nothing:
-Epic Monday
B-protein shake, with black cherries all blended up
snack-cottage cheese and pineapple
lunch–huge salad with 3 slices of cut up bernard’s deli turkey cut up, ranch drizzled
dinner–salad with provolone cheese, some dressing
a Newcastle beer, and one glass (ok it was big) of savignon blanc
a met on a bun with mustard and pickles
workout: upper body weight training, trying to get inflamation out of knee so resting it

these ‘epic diet’ threads with all their detailed (sometimes delicious, sometimes not) food descriptions make me hungry.
174 lbs I need a new scale as I get a different reading everytime I step on it. I keep going till I get the right number.
