I believe it is generally around the same time every year but I believe it coincides with a road race in Ottawa which happens the same weekend.

Great to see the idea is getting out there and growing.

Anyone can come. Tentative 6 am Friday Jun 9th, although it may be Thu Jun 8th. It is a self supported training day. Just show up with your gear, your heart, an open mind and be prepared for great company and lots of laughs (and a bit of pain, sweat and even tears…)

A while back I started a thread wanting some information on the 2006 Canadian Zofingen, but there was never a response. Is it still in the planning stages as a training event, still just a “good idea”, or as was mentioned, is it tying in to either Powerman or the Somersault Duathlon festival?

Sorry, Canadian Zofingen is in the planning stages for next year. It will be a training event for sure if it is not part of Somersault/Powerman.
