Endless pool in Canada?

Anyone in Canada have a endless pool.
According to my insurance company, they won’t insure me for any damages (fire) unless the electrical and gas heaters are CSA approved.
Endless Pools seems clueless when I ask about this, but finally someone there told me they are ETL approved.

I’m ready to buy, but the wife is concerned about insurance coverage. I can’t seem to find anyone who knows what the answer is.

email absolute endurance about it. They’re in Toronto and they have an endless pool.

or www.multisport-zone.com in london - they have one as well that they use for coached/videotaped swim sessions.

as long as all the wiring is done through dedicated GIFI circuits, there shouldn’t be a problem. it’s no different from a hot tub or jet tub, really.

Well I have the St. Clair river, which works great 3 months of the year, but I’m working on the other 9.

Both our Electric and Gas Heaters are CSA approved - in fact both our Gas and Electric heater manufacturers have plants in Canada. If you need more detailed information you can call Endless Pool at 800-732-8660 and they can provide additional technical information on our heaters.

We purchased an Endless Pool about 8 years ago. We had ordered the gaz heather but
had to return it as only the Electrical is approved for indoor use in Canada.

Plan $500-$1000 in electrical work to get it up to code with the Expensive GFI circuits etc…

Other than that we had no problem getting insurance.
