Kaizen: from Buddhist origin, translated to mean ongoing, continuous improvement.

I checked this place out today, it’s only a mile from my house. Very very cool! There are 2 double endless pools with mirrors on the bottom so you can see your stroke. They also have an underwater camera but I didn’t use that. There are 5 or 6 computrainers set up in front of a big screen so you can race your friends. They also have a computerized vo2 testing on a machine I had never seen before. They let me try out the endless pool, it was my first time and those things are cool. The place is bassicly what a tri geek would set up as the ultimate indoor workout if you had the cash.

If you are in the Bay Area it’s worth checking out.
