Elite qubo fluid trainer to heavy

I have elite qubo fluid trainer.it enough for me but i have a feeling that its too heavy.
Resistance is realy heavy.
I constanty ride in small front ring.i can only ride 50front if it is interval for few seconds.
Is my trainer faulty or its just like that.
Any advice how to lower resistance?
Even my speed sensor is shoving only 18kmh speed…
But thats becouse i am in a small chainring front

graph says that, with that trainer, you need to output 500W to read 30kph on your speedo, etc.

Ok…
But when i finish cycling at home my garmin says i only made 18km in 1hour.
But i was pedalling hard

Is this ok?

speed is a meaningless metric on a trainer. anyway, if you wanna read higher speeds, you just can increase the wheel circumference value on your speedo
