Hey guys-

So we are doing a raffle to benefit terminally ill children. Our foundation started after my wife and I lost our third child from a rare cardiac disorder. We have started a tri team and you will see us at races all over the country. We have been blessed with outstanding donations from some of the best companies in the industry. INFINIT, Newton, K-Swiss, Blue Seventy, Headsweats, Sailfish, Wheeltags, Coffee of Hawaii, Beaker Concepts, ISM, Speedfil, Erin’s Bakers Cookies, and finally Rev 3. We have also received grab bags from 3 pro’s so far and will add more soon!

the website is lacking on details. when is the drawing? what are the rules, etc?

Sorry the drawing is on the 1st of July! The rules are simple… We are doing this just to raise money. We will raffle off the prizes to the names pulled. No strings attached! The plan was to do small baskets of goodies.

Hi Dave

Are the visor/hats you get one for ever 25 ie 4 for 100 dollars and is there a place to include the address to send the hat/visor? And is the lottery raffle just winners and then they pick or is it only 1 winner per that item. And if it is the second one can you say I have a wetsuit therefore no to that raffle. Sorry dont want to make things complicated.

Hey Chris-

Thanks for the response. The visor/hat was just an incentive to get folks to buy a ticket. The tickets are essentially 10 bucks a piece, but for 25 you get both. For every 10 dollars you get an entry! I will certainly give you extra hats for extra money to the foundation. I would rather not give one person 4 hats, however if the detours you from joining let me know. We would like to get them on as many folks as possible. When we start pulling the prizes it will be very difficult to call the winner, but we will make every effort to make you happy. When you fill out the ticket… There is a place for your addy.

Emailed Nick with a few questions (heading out of the country for a few weeks) and he clarified a few things.

  1. The drawing will be in August

  2. Hats/Visors will be sent out around that time too.
