Was wondering if any one knew if the new Liquid Shot flavor would have caffeine? Given the flavor, I’m hopeful.

I read on twitter that the initial batch will not have caffeine! I was really disappointed as thats the only product they are lacking is a gel/drink with caffeine for an extra boost:(

No, it will NOT have caffeine.

I think the reason the Liquid Shot does NOT include caffeine (for all flavors), is that it’s easier to add it than it is to take it out…so if it was included, you’re eliminating a certain % of athletes that want to try the cappuccino, but don’t want caffeine. For athletes that want to have a caffeinated Liquid Shot, they simply add however much PreRace to the flask, which gives them the flexibility of adding as little/much as they like.

any idea when they might be releasing this brian? it sounds delightful, and the reviews in the 1st endurance blog are pretty awesome. also looking forward to the possibility of blending flavours and having myself a vanilla latte gel!

glad they kept caffeine out of it - i generally don’t want it at all in training, and never until the last hour of a long race.

Kona Mocha? This sounds good, I just never acquired a taste for the vanilla, the flavor was too strong after the first sip. The berry flavor seems Ok though. But I’ll be looking forward to trying this.

Any word on EFS ever producing a bar again? There’s was the best, but it’s been gone for ages now despite rumors a year or so ago that they were finalizing a new formula.
