East Bay 'twitchers--Massage therapist recommendation

Central Contra Costa county, to be more specific…it’s been a few years since I was on a regular massage routine and it’s beyond time to start back up. The last therapist I used I cannot find and in these situations I would rather work from a referral perspective than trying someone cold…so, any help out there?

TIA, as they say…

He has done wonders for me and a lot of people I know, triathlets, ultra runners, bikers. He is also a coach, fast as hell and knows what he is talking about. I did hear he just had a bad bike crash so I don’t know if he is working right now. Give him a call, if he is too injured to help he whould know where to go.

Cool, thanks for the info…was just about to bump this up for the late afternoon/early evening group.

I know that name—I’ve seen it at the top of many results listings.

I forgot you are in Danville. He rides with the fast guys out of Forward Motion and the HOP ride on a Griffen. He has fixed a bunch of us out here after accidents and injuries. His run coaching (video and analysis) was the best money I have spent on this sport. I had chronic shin splints and had gone to massage therapists, physical therapy and a podiatrist. Everybody but Tim wanted to treat the result and not the cause. He also got me back to training after a crash and separated AC.
