Since the fall of Tribike transport I have now had to plan on taking my bike to races myself
I will be thinking of a new TT bike soon, is there any which are better or easier to pack in a flight box or carrier than others?
Get a BikeBox Alan Aero EasyFit and you can buy whatever bike you want because it will fit in the BBA.
Rather than bike, choose your transmission.

Due to my work schedule I can pretty much only race early season races which forces me to travel. I previously had a Scott Plasma 5 and it was super difficult even with a bike box alan. For the past two years I have used a Shiv Disc and it’s been amazing to travel with by comparison. Two bolts for the whole cockpit, the bars fold down, and then I put the seat and I’m good to go. I have a size Large frame which makes it that much harder anyway, but by comparison the Shiv Disc has been brilliant for travel purposes.
I think the P5D is as easy as you get. I’m also sure there are many more.
