Anyone has a video for dynamic stretching for cycling?
Thank you

No need. Just get on the bike and pedal idly for 5-10 minutes.

Tell that to my lower back with a herniated/degenerative disc. If I don’t stretch out my hamstrings/glutes before getting on the bike, my lower back will be aching big time the day after riding my Tri bike. Warming up in an upright position does help, but I also need to stretch. Understand that my situation, while not unique, is hardly the norm.
here are two, both with runners in mind, but one is hips and one is back centered…as coach jay says go slow on the back routine. personally i find the hip one is better for me and is my primary focus whether i bike or run…however i do some back routines (peter egosgue has some good ones) almost every day…and i use inversion carefully when i feel compression on my degenerative disks…good luck and go slow on bike to warm up the muscles after the dynamics

on some other posts, toe tapping a few times a day helps the lower leg which should help on bike and hip flexor stretches important too especially if in aero position, but make sure your pelvis is tucked to keep your hip from rotating anteriorly…just google hip flexor and psoas stretches and there are many out there. just find out what works for you…by the way most of the static stretching can be done dynamically if you just mimic the routine but keep the action controlled and rthymic and not held but sorta like a continuous slow controlled motion if you get my drift.
