DT Swiss ARC 1650 Wheels Opinions

Does anyone ride the DT Swiss ARC 1650 wheels/know anything about them? I believe they are built specially for BMC (stock on the Timemachine). How do they compare to other wheelsets on the market (Zipp, Flo, Hed, etc.)? Can’t find much on them–probably cause they are not sold separately. Any thoughts appreciated!

Probably just a downgraded hub (350?) and maybe spokes from the ones you could buy. Looks like the older style rim which was either 17mm or 18mm internal. The newer ones are 20 I think.

I emailed DTSwiss a question about those wheels and this is what they replied. Wheels came stock on my 2020 BMC TimeMachine 01 DISC ONE. I wanted to know the difference between 1400s and 1650s. Hope this helps…

Those ARC 1650s are wheels that we custom make for BMC, so they have a virtual but not literal place in our aftermarket lineup. In other words, they’re their own thing!

The main difference between the ARC 1400s and ARC 1650s is the hubs - ARC 1400s have 240 hubs, ARC 1650s have 370s.
