Any ideas on training for long swims when you can’t get to the pool? I have been snowed in for a week. I do have home gym and VASA I use to supplement for swims. Should j just add more time in VASA?
Sorry you’re snowed in. Hope you can dig out soon. I have some family in the mid-Atlantic region…just sounds rough with more on the way. Sure, do a little extra gym, VASA, focused shoulder maintenance, core work. Sounds like a great opportunity for a bike volume block on the trainer. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy, but some extra hours with extra sleep on top of that too. Then hit the pool again when possible.
