Sanity necessitates I not go to any boards loaded with politics, the Lavendar Room included. I personally prefer the OT threads over here as I find in some way they’re still relevant a lot of times as triathlon’s a lifestyle as much as it is swim/bike/run. I find there to be something very appealing with this board just overflowing with things to talk about with some of them very triathlon related and some of them not so much. I figure it all kind of falls under the strange umbrella that makes us triathletes. However, I understand it’s not my board and I understand why the move was made. I just have a different preference.

I find that I just spend less time at the forum. It’s kinda boring seeing the same run, bike, swim threads again and again, and the lavender room doesn’t interest me. Seeing all the political thread titles just depresses me so I don’t go there often.
I think what really is happening is that people are just posting less often b/c all the OT topics certainly aren’t finding a home in the Lav Room.
