Do Orcas have small balls?

So I purchased a black and white Orca Tri suit. Fits good except that the material is crap. Just not strong enough to support the big balls I have on race day.

I’m honestly dissapointed in the product I’ve purchased. I excpected much more of a name-brand tri race suit.

What one piece tri race suit is made of good quality material? The FSII from speedo is made of a great quality fabric but I’m looking something that doesn’t cost as much.

thanks!

I can vouch for the fact that the material is pretty much crap. I have Orca tri suit that I’ve worn in just a few races, and discovered that it has a huge rip in the back. I don’t remember snagging it on anything, so I’m fairly disgusted with the quality.

Ditto with the ripped fabric on the back of two of my Orca tops. As if my tan lines aren’t funky enough…

Here here! I only got one Orca item…never again.

I have the shark or whatever from LG, worn it for i think 10 races this summer still looks and feels great.

Seems that quality is a big issue with their products. On top of that they packaged it so tightly that when I opened the package I cut a little hole into the suit. My absolutely worst experience with any tri product I’ve ever purchased. Too bad because I really like the design/color sheme of their tri race suit.

Yeah, I liked the fit and the feel of it as well, so too bad that the quality blows. I appears that the fabric on mine started tearing away from one of the seams in the back.

you should have seen the $250 trisuit they sell. it looks like the damn thing is not finished.

When I’ve passed Orca clad folks on the bike, I’ve noticed the “see-thru-butt-crack” look. Never a pretty sight.

yeah specially the red suit has a nice rear view. Too bad, I only see the hairy male asses :frowning:

I’ve worn a desoto one piece suit for 3 years worth of racing never had a problem. I also have 2 pairs of the desoto power shorts which I wear all the time for training. I had to retire my orca tri shorts to the hot tub after a couple of races. the fabric is just way too thin to stand up to much use and the seam allowances are way too small.

Scrap the Orca. Desoto is the way to go in either 1 piece or 2 piece.

You have to go with DeSoto. The quality is the best, and first of all, the man that make it, run triathlons, that is very important!!! Some brands spend a lot of money in fabrics and designers, but, if you ask the designer how many triathlons he entered, maybe he answer you " what sport is that??" They don’t have any idea of the triathlete needs.

You can have a 1 piece for normal weather, and a 2 piece for hotter races, because you can pull the zip tri jersey to your chest.
