I don’t have a problem with it, the kindle version is ~$8 and he’s been a member for 4 years. Not that I’d buy it since I’m not married but I find it interesting. Perhaps it should be in the notices or classified forum though.
It’s not somebody trying to make a buck, as them doing it in the wrong place (here) and then trying to pretend that they’re only trying to “help”. And then denying its an ad.
No skin off my back either, but as I understand it, the powers-that-be here do not appreciate it. Didn’t a certain crank (manufacturer, that is) get kicked off for repeatedly and pathologically doing that a couple of years ago?
Misunderstood. Wrong about me getting a divorce. But it is my book.
No need to get all angry guys. It is my book. I put it together with the experience of coaching athletes mainly at the 1/2 and full distance that half way through the training process did not know what to do because there was so much friction at home.
I wanted to put together a book that will help athletes out because you and I know that tri’s can become an obsession. So much that we become too focused on training and racing, not on our family and what matters.
I did not know there is a special area I can post this.
Again, I did not post this to get everyone all frazzled or to pull at someones heart strings. So time to relax SlowTwitchers. If you don’t agree move on.
I know a few folks whose IronHubby or IronMissus is now an IronEx
I know one, but it wasn’t because of the training volume. It was because on those Thursday training rides he was riding his cute training partner instead of his Cannondale.

Hopefully she was of the “high mod” variant and worth every penny. /pink
