So we all know that bricks are good, and can really make a difference when it comes to race day (in my opinion) but I was just wondering at what distances do you start to just do more damage to your joints and muscles, and start to see diminishing returns during your workout. For example, after a 50+ mile ride, what run distance is good to get the legs used to that all to wonderful feeling we all have come to love. Share your thoughts. Thanks
