Differences between Mens and Womens Xterra wetsuits

I’m going to use the latest coupon code to get two sleeveless wetsuits from Xterra. One of them is for my GF. For the last few years she’s been wearing my older Size small Aquaman Bionik sleeveless when the water has been on the warm side.

The website is saying she needs a womens medium large but it won’t be shipped until April. Does anyone know how a Women’s medium large compares to a men’s small? (which is what I’m getting and is in stock)

I had a men’s small Xterra sleeveless that I passed on to my daughter, who would normally be in a women’s size medium. The length and width were ok but the fit around the arm openings was not very good. She is not that busty but there was still too big of a gap all around the opening, letting in a lot of water.
