Difference Between Cervelo S2 and S3

I think I already know the answer, but I could not find the thread to confirm.
I am starting to look at replacing my Ridley Noah, and the Cervelo’s hit the Stack and Reach points perfectly.

Since I will be putting my current wheels on the bike, my decision is more based on the frame. 2018 105 versus Ultegra is better than
the 2010 or 2012 Ultegra on my Ridley plus it has an extra gear.

So groupo is not that big of a deal.

What is the difference between the S2 and S3 frames? I believe they are the same like the p2 and p3. Is the fork different?

Frame is $2500, S2 $2700 full bike, S3 $4000 Manual Ultegra

So S2 makes the most sense for me if they are the same frames, as I get a full bike and can upgrade the grupo later if 105 is getting me dropped
on the Saturday ride (it won’t).

Thanks,
Pete

Yes S3 has the deeper fork. Frames are the same.
2018 model has much better parts than previous years - Shimano cranks instead of FSA, threaded BB, Cervelo home brand bars/stem instead of 3T. Although it does get that awful looking seatpost too.
