There is a realy cool tool made by Hozan, part # HZ-C440 and HZ-C441. That removes intergrated headset crown races without damaging the fork or the race. Quality Bicycle Parts used to carry it and I think United Bicycle Tool Supply does also. While not an inexpensive tool it really works very for its intended purpose. just an FYI.
