Do college profs ever work? Or is today your day off. Got an hour run in today at lunch and thought I was doing good. Was going to spin another hour on the bike trainer tonight but since it’s St. Paddy’s Day I’ll have to bag it for a couple of Guiness instead.

Thanks to whoever it was for the “climbing” inspiration for the bike. I awoke this morning and cranked 2000 feet up a sinister Flagstaff mountain before work. A black squirrel with rabbit ears crossed the road before me. Is this possible or typical after five days of Epic Camp?
