I need to sneak a 12 miler in at lunch today somewhere near the airport, any suggestions?

The clubhouse that sits in the middle of these loops is 3-4 miles from DFW airport, and you can go to the Lake Grapevine Runners and Walkers website for the address. There is ample parking, and you can mix up time on either trail to get your 12 miles in
Very nice as I will be there tomorrow and need to get in 15. Is it possible and safe to run there from a hotel near the airport?
Absolutely as far as safe. As far as running there from your hotel it depends on where you are staying-part of the east loop runs right behind the Gaylord so you could jump right onto it if you are staying there.
The east loop is mostly concrete, while the west loop is a mix of concrete and trails.
