First I looked for old posts and didn’t find any.
I have switched to the PFS T1 base bar and s bends and now my shifter indexes from 1-3 then skip to 6 and follows through. Any solutions on getting all 8 clicks back?

Check that the ring inside the shifter is positioned correctly. There’s a squarish protrusion that needs to line up with the indentation inside the body.
Or you could just switch it over to friction…
Figured it out…
Wasn’t the ring. I had to go to the friction and “shift” down as in to the smallest cog. I then rotate the ring and lever 90 and tried to shift down again. Sure enough, it went one more complete span. Rotated again 90 and this time it was at the beginning. Switched to index and I had all my clicks back!!
