The wife and I wanted to head up North from H-Town for the weekend but the logistics are not working out so we will attend in spirit and hit either Guadalajara’s (wife’s favorite) or Chuy’s here in our neck of the woods. For those who are able to make it out for chips and salsa, you know the rules, it does not exist or did not happen unless we have pictures! Now Tibbs, if you have not already done so, I highly recommend either taking the bike or the dogs out to white rock lake (one or the other not both) one afternoon/evening. The scenery is awesome, sunsets are even better and there is also a doggy park located over on the North side of the lake, located just past W. Lawther when heading east on Northwest Highway.
There’s a good chance I can make it. I’ll be heading out for an off-road ride that afternoon if you’re interested in going? I can even swing by and pick you up if you like. I have an extra bike if you’re short an mtb.
