It does not. That said, I just modified one to work on my Saber seat post. I’d be glad to post a picture later if it would help. The mod has worked well for several hundred miles including some pretty bumpy ones.

This light is up to 100 lumens, super bright, super light weight, and the mount works perfectly for aero and round tubes. I run it on a Cervelo P3 without any issues, right out of the box.
