Any suggestions of routes, or resources that would point me to routes? My go-to SOP is to just buy a route map at the LBS when I arrive in a new place, but it seems that there isn’t one for this area.

You can do lots of riding on the course. A good amount of people ride on route 7 (that gets you to Hurricane if you’re staying out there). If you go early the cars aren’t bad at all. Veyo loop/snow canyon is good. There’s also a nice 5k-ish loop in Bloomington that has a nice shoulder if you don’t mind laps. Works well for a run off the bike too. Can also pick up the bike path from there.
