Cycleops Riser block

I purchased a cycleops riser block (which said it could be used as level). However, it is never quite level. Even on the lowet setting, it seems to raise up the front end ever so slightly.

Does this sound right? I have a Jet Fluid Pro, so wondering what other front wheel blocks I could use to make it perfectly level.

Thanks

Yeah, mine’s the same way with my CycleOps SuperMagento.

I use a Fluid 2 trainer and found the CycleOps riser block to be too high as well. I started using the round KK riser a couple of years ago b/c of that and it seems to be pretty level on the lowest setting.

How about the tacx one? Bit more basic and cheaper than the Kurt kinetic one.

Thanks

Yes, I have the Fluid 2 the riser block definitely isn’t level .

I have some 2X6’s screwed together in a U-shape with a wide base. Glue on some scrap carpeting, and done deal!

I have the same problem with the Cyclops using my 1UpUSA trainer. I also need something lower.

Yes, soft cover Biology text seemed to work great for me. The fluid pro seems to need right around an inch of stack.
