Cycle Plan - Ironman Nice June 25

So, I have not ridden for years, however I have a kickr, a bike, time and I am not completely unfit.

I have completed two FTP tests, the first in the absence of any data started with an estimate on Wahoo Systm X (how the tech has changed) and then with that revised number I did another one and I have a baseline.

Does anyone have a view on the available plans in wahoo? And what to start with? Whether to go 2 week increase in vol followed by 1 recovery or 3/1?
