Does anyone of you have experiences with the customer sercvice of Xterra? I had ordered a wetsuit, found out that it was to small, returned it to the UK warehouse and… nothing happened. When I finally asked, I was first informed that I would get a different size, then didn’t get anything and I was informed that that UK warehouse was closed down in late 2011. …
