Does anyone of you have experiences with the customer sercvice of Xterra? I had ordered a wetsuit, found out that it was to small, returned it to the UK warehouse and… nothing happened. When I finally asked, I was first informed that I would get a different size, then didn’t get anything and I was informed that that UK warehouse was closed down in late 2011. …
Does anyone know when it was closed down?

Not sure about the UK, but xterra USA is kind of known for its great service, so I think someone will take care of you.
X2 Xterra’s customer service is second to none! Always had great experiences with them. Wish all manufacturers were as good
Sounds like Liz is on top of your situation. Wouldn’t be worried about getting it resolved.
I ended up trying but returning an exterra suit (found a better fitting suit). Customer service was spectacular nevertheless.
