I know we have some folks here experienced in ordering custom tri/bike apparel for clubs. Any preferences as to brands? Garneau, Sugoi and Verge are three that come ot mind.
I used Voler and could not be happier. Got cycling and triathlon kit, and as long as the minimum of ‘like items’ is 25, you can order 1 of any item.
We started out ordering from Squadra, but the fit on the clothing, especially the armholes in the larger mens sizes, was so small that we switched to Voler. I’m normally a medium, but on some of the Squadra pieces wound up in an extra large and even then the armholes were uncomfortably high.
Our Voler order is due in next week, but the samples looked good.
I like Garneau & Sugoi. Garneau has really fast turnaround right now. Email me if you need help (ie want to hire someone:) to do your design/layout work. Also do a forum search as there is a ton of info in previous threads.
some custom tops for The Oakland Tri team that are going in for production soon. Note the colors are a bit messed up in this version as we’re still nailing down actual color options. I guess this doesn’t show much about actual brand quality though but Garneau stuff is nice.

We use Voler and Sugoi and are pretty happy with both.
PM me an email address - I’ll contact you regarding what we use for our club - it is Suarez gear - high quality - great cost and people to deal with plus - the artwork is pro grade.
Contact Shaun Albin at Canari. They do shorts in both men and women specifiic sizing and cut and also a unisex tri top. Also, their cycling clothing is top notch. Awesome pads, material and sewing.
I’ve had really good experiences with Voler, but they have about a two month turn-around time. They have a 25 like item minimum order requirement.
I ordered my teams stuff off of customscyclewear.com It’s nice stuff and really well priced. Also, only a 10 piece minimum
I went with Champion Systems for our team’s kits. Both cycling and triathlon, and running singlets. Very nice stuff, very comfortable fits, lots of options for styles, and the price point is hard to beat. Very hard.
PM me if you want details. I actually contacted them after reading about them in another post here on ST.
yeah, champion systems, that’s the name. Their website is customcyclewear.com. I agree about the really nice stuff. LG is nice also but expensive in comparison.
We (R&A/QR Tri) used Ironman Apperal just like Team Timex. They messed up the colors initally (not the colors that were agreed upon) and when that was determined, they redid our entire order with the correct colors at no charge and let us keep the wrong items free of charge!
