Cryotherapy Unit: The new compression

Where can I get one? ha

I have access locally to a cryo chamber. The main chamber is typically -205 F. It is unfuckingbeliavably cold. About the longest 3 minutes of your life when in there, but I swear it is an amazing recovery tool.

Saw this a while ago but with Alberto Salazar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hQsymsi5xU). If you want something a little less expensive - I’ve had really great results with 110% Play Harder’s gear - it kind of combines compression and cryo, but you can wear it under your normal clothes and walk around and live your life.

Little bit easier to use …

Hi Rod,

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but is the Gameready product aimed at injury rehab or recovery like the Normatec (which doesn’t use ice water)
.

Same thing, really - recovery from hard efforts is a sorta’ micro injury!

But yes, designed more for recovery from a “true” injury though, but the same concept as all the other, later designs.

Thanks!

They don’t have the whole-leg boots, but I like the idea of the knee wrap. Was just wondering if you get enough “recovery” benefit without having your whole leg in a boot.

$2,300 for the control unit! Yowzers, I better keep studying…
