Thought I’d post a video for a change.
6’1" with long 36" inseam. I like my 180 cranks since never had any leg/chest/stomach interference issues. I like my near arch mounted cleats. My neck finds the position a bit hard work and I tend to look mainly at the road about 10m in front of me but I can cope with that for an hour or two.
Recently did a PB 55min30s 25 mile TT and now all motivated to find a few more seconds from some position tweaks. Any ideas or suggestions?

PS. I switched in some random music since better than the load trainer noise.
Bit embarrassed about my use of tape cowling to try and be a bit more like a P3 but what harm can it do?
