A bit of background. I have had a bulging disc so when I got my Retul fit we focused on getting into the position where I generated most power. We will refit again in 2 months and try and get a wee bit lower. I have a pro logo nago saddle on there at the moment and we might try an adamo
Thanks!

When was this Retül fit? Also, which disk is damaged?
I’m not sure what you’re looking for in terms of a critique. You have an injury that prevents you from riding in an optimal position, and a more aggressive position might cause you pain while riding or possibly even worsen the injury. No nameless triathlete on the other side of a computer can judge what that is worth to you.
That said, please allow me to be the nameless triathlete. Looking at the fit, it’s clear that something is preventing you from getting lower. You are also a little bit too far forward for my tastes. What saddle are you using? Switching to something like the Adamo could allow you to roll your hips better, opening the hip angle and allowing you to get into a lower position without straining your back.
Shoot away from the light so we can see you better next time.
Its a prologo nago evo. Having looked back at the fit though the Adamo was in the middle position of the post and this one is in the forward position so that might be why!!
I had a problem with T12/L1 but they are getting much better. I can hold this position comfortably and we plan to try removing some spacers shortly and then keep dropping it lower
