Crank / bottom bracket recommendation

hi folks – anybody want to chime in on what their favorite bottom bracket crank combo is ? any opinions about the Zipp VumaChrono and VumaQuad products ? The Quad seems like one of the lightest. I currently use Zipp 300 on one bike and it’s good; I also have Dura-ace , ultegra , and an FSA set on other bikes. I guess I am also wondering about which ones provide the least friction. Maybe they’re all about the same. So… any advise would be appreciated.

I have a kforce set on one bike and a kforce light compact set with ceramic bearings and Qrings on other. The kforce light set seems smoother of course from he standard kforce light set. Both feel better and faster then the the FSA gossamer set that came stock on one bike. Thats all I got for you . But these results are kind of obviuos I guess.
