Cr@p, talk about a fast metabolism!

Geee, ever since I changed my diet and started training seriously for my half-IM next Sept I noticed I am having more frequent bowel movements. Sometimes 4-5 times a day, Is this normal???

Ditto. And, I hope so.
I suspect we are not alone.

definitely not alone…I drink tons of water too, I think they should just move my cube to the bathroom, it will make me much more productive

Same here. I typically have a double dose in the morning. The first one is as soon as I get up and the second one is about an hour later and it is usually like clockwork. Both of them are full loads, too. Then, I have at least another one later in the day. So, a minimum of 3 a day for me.

How did you change your diet? I recently upped my fruit/veggie intake from around 10 servings to 20+ per day. That led to several weeks of excessive poop. But it seems to have leveled off now.

I love this forum. Threads about $6000 bikes. And threads about poop.
