What tires roll better Corsa EVO CX vs. Vittoria Corsa CR?
I don’t know what the Corsa CR is
Also, do you mean clincher or tubular? The “tests” have the EVO Corsa CX as Vittorias best tire with the lowerst Crr (0.00261)/watts per wheel (12.8) (with latex tubes).
Only a few tires tested better in this particular test I’m seeing (Veloflex Records (best), Torelli Torino and a Michelin ProRace2/others were slower) out of about 50 tires.
Thanks for the input… I was talking about tubulars.
While I have your attention, anyone want to comment on the best glue type to buy for tubulars?
Thanks in advance.
Track glue.
Track glue tests best since it is super hard - but good luck changing your tire if you flat! Best for TT/track applications where a flat is rare and you are done with the race then anyway.
I’d just go with the Vittoria Mastik 1 and age it properly to reduce losses due to elastic hysteresis
Also, those numbers I “quoted” above were for the Vittoria Clincher - The best Corsa CX tubular had a Crr of 0.00296 and 14.6 watts/wheel with 5 month old glue. The Crono CR (what you are asking) test better at 0.00275/13.5 as one would expect since it is a narrower (20 vs 22) tire
I use Vittoria Mastik 1, good stuff.

is it hard or rubbery ???

Has anyone seen data about the Vittoria Crono compared to the Corsa? The Vittoria website has them made similarly. Just curious.
