The true racists always try to cry racism when faced with opposition of any kind. It’s so common that the accusation is beginning to lose its power.

I think your point is supported by the fact that they are ratcheting up the level of rhetoric. It used to be you just had to intimate that their were racial undertones…now, you have to accuse them of wanting to lynch people.

You should have titled this thread “Racist or Stupid”. It’s unfortunate that comments made by our legislatures get so much less scrutiny than those of an 18 year old on Facebook :wink:
