Anybody have any ideas of how I can get through to Racermate to have them deactivate my Racermate One CD key from the times I’ve used it on older computers? I built up a new computer to devote to running this software only to discover that it won’t fully activate because I get an error message that the CD key has been used twice already. I tried contacting their customer service only to have no replies whatsoever. It seems like it should be a simple resolution but the customer service clearly has something lacking.

Anyone know where I can get a new RacerMate CD? Or download the full version of racermate online? I just had to switch computers and Can’t find my cd.

Get the “Demo Version” and then register it with your CD key.
Thanks for the response. The problem is I can’t find my CD…so I can’t find my CD code to make the demo version “talk” with my computrainer.
You can send me an email directly and if you once registered the software, I can look it up. We don’t track keys until they are used, so if you loose the disc/sleeve prior to ever registering it we can’t look those up.
