Ok - so I load a course - after calibrating the speed - ride up to 25mph and coast.
Course loads and after about 45secs to a minute - it reverts back to the start line.
For some reason - I cannot get the words pause to disappear from the module handset.
If I push and hold down F3 - the word pro comes up.
Anyone experienced this before and possibly have a remedy.
Have tried re-starting the computer - turning the CT on and off several times - but I can;t get it resolved.

Have you tried their website–they are pretty good about getting right back to you. Everything plugged in nice and tight? Did you double check all of the connections? How old is your computer? Desktop? Laptop?

Yeah checked everything out (connections etc)
Reasonably new high end notebook - has functioned perfectly the few times I used it over the summer - just a little buggy right now!
Am on their site as we speak
My notebook would get about 1 hour into the ride, then gave me the blue screen of death. I concluded this was from overheating from running the graphics. It only took three times (in a row, BTW), to send me to CompUSA for a new machine–kinda bumped the price of the overall CT undertaking. I use it as a dedicated machine.
I emailed Racermate - will see what they say.
