How do you start mid race on a 3d course ride?
If I recall correctly (I’m not in front of my Computrainer right now), type in the mile point at which you want to start in the “from” box (right near the background scenery selection box on the right hand side of the set up screen).

ctrl-G then enter the mile marker at which you want to start.
